We take great pride in our incredibly fast shipping. Most orders ship via USPS  within 2-4 business days unless stated in description of item. (Please read pre-order shipment policy on pre-order items) You will received an email with the tracking number once your order has been shipped. Once items are shipped it may take 3-8 business days to arrive. Please refer to the tracking number for any shipment updates. 

Orders being shipped outside of the US are also able to be tracked via the tracking number provided at the time of the label being created.

Free shipping is available for orders over $150.

If you have made multiple order purchases within 24 hours, your orders may be packaged together. One order will have a tracking number and the other order(s) will be marked as fulfilled but will be in the same package when shipped. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is completely fulfilled.

Once the items are picked up from our facility, we are no longer in control as to what happens with the package. Please contact behumblewebsite@gmail.com for lost or damaged package. We will reach out if the order is returned back to us for any reason. If the incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout please email within 1 hour of the purchase to change the shipping address or we will require you to purchase a new shipping label once the label has been made.

Items labeled Pre-Order will be labeled in the title of the product as well as in the description of the product.

Pre-Order items will be paid for a the time of purchase and shipped as soon as they arrive to our facility. These pre-order items will have an estimated ship date in the description of the item. If you purchase other items with or within the 24 hour time frame, these items will be held and shipped out together at the date of the pre-ordered items ship date. Most pre-order items will ship within 7 business days unless stated otherwise in the item description.

Returning a pre-ordered item will start from the date the item leaves our facility. Items must be returned within 14 days from the item ship date as provided by the tracking number. 


We take great pride in providing our customers with exceptional customer service. We hope you love your purchase, however if you are not satisfied, please feel free to send it back to us!

Our return policy is for STORE CREDIT only. We absolutely DO NOT issue refunds or exchanges at any time. 

    We can issue your credit for the website OR the b.e.humbleshop app. We will be in contact to see which you would prefer.

We do not offer exchanges or refunds. A B.E.Humble gift card will be issued once your return is processed. We recommend placing a new order for the item you wish to exchange. We cannot always guarantee the item/size you would like to exchange will be in stock.

Please note, listed in the description of every item on the website and app are a sizing guideline, and the model size as well as a fit video available on the app. Our Product Management team works incredibly diligently to ensure these measurements are correct and specific to every applicable item.

Each item is photographed to display the true color/pattern. Although we try to accurately photograph each item, exact coloring of merchandise may vary due to indoor/outdoor lighting, various computer or mobile device screens, resolutions and more. Items with a slight variance will not be considered defective.

Items are eligible for return if:

    Items are unwashed, unworn, unaltered, free of any stains of any kind as well as animal hair.
    Items MUST be received back to us with 14 days from the original purchase date. Pre-Order items must be received back within 14 day of the shipping date provided by the tracking number.

    All Sale merchandise (merchandise ending in .00), Brittany Humble Beauty, Items marked HOLIDAY & Subscription box purchases are non-returnable.

    Any items purchased with a discount code 20% and higher are also non-returnable. (Excludes 1st time use app coupon) 

    If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact Customer Service. All claims must be made within 30 days of purchase date.

    If you have attempted a return for an item that does not meet the criteria stated in the above policy, we will keep the item(s) to return to you with a future purchase, or you will be responsible to pay for shipping to have them returned to you.

    Excessive Returns-It takes our team a lot of time to process returns and inventory. Returning more than 10 items per month will result in a 20% restocking fee. The fee will be taken from the credit issued at the time of the return.

    We would love to help you get into the correct sizing for each item, so we absolutely do not mind if you reach out for sizing info. Contact us through the customer service email with any questions about sizing. We also highly recommend downloading the b.e.humbleshop app, as that connects a fit video as well as a description to each item in the shop!

    To return an item by mail:

    Enclose the printed copy of your order receipt. (one was provided with the shipment.) If you do not have that, a copy of the receipt with the name, phone number/email and the order number with the items you are returning highlighted or circled. If you can not print a copy of the order receipt that was emailed to you, you may write out the order number, name and email and enclose it with the returned items. 

    We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEx along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.

      Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item (minus any discounts and any applicable taxes.)

      Shipping charges are non-refundable.

      If you chose to have your credit issued to you as a gift card through the website follow these steps to use your credit/gift card:

      Check your email to find your gift card code. (Be sure to double check your spam folder)
